BASIC YOGA POSES

 Here are some basic poses or asanas:

                                           Yoga introduces a mindfulness to streching so that you pay attention to your alignment and how the positions really feel in your body. It is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.  There is a proverb in Sanskrit, for breath is life: if you breath well, you will live long on earth.

1.Tadasana

   Tada=mountain; Asana=pose/ posture
   It is suitable for all level of yoga. It is considered to be standing yoga posture. It requires the engagement of the entire body while relaxing the mind.
                                      


Benefits of tadasana ( mountain pose):

  • It improves posture
  • Gently strengthens the thighs, buttock and leg muscles
  • Reduces flat feet and relieves sciatica( pain effected back, hip and outer side of the leg)
  • Releases tension

2.Vrikshasana

   vriksha=tree; asana=pose
   This pose replicates the graceful, steady stance of a tree. It requires keeping our eyes open in order to maintain body balance.  
                                             

 

Benefits of vrikshasana ( tree pose):

  • It helps to improve concentration
  • It brings balance and equilibrium
  • It makes the legs strong, improves balance and opens the hips
  • It also helps who are suffering from sciatica

3.Adho mukha svanasana 

   Adho=forward; mukha=face; svana=dog
   It replicates a dog bending forward, hence the name downward facing dog pose. 
                                       

Benefits of adho mukha svanasana:

  • Tones your core
  • Strengthens your bones
  • Works the back of your legs
  • Improves blood flow to the brain
  • Strengthens your arms

4.Trikonasana pose

   Trikona=triangle; asana=pose 
    Unlike other yoga posture, it requires keeping the eyes open in order to maintain body balance.

5.Utkatasana

   Utkat=intense, powerful; asana=pose
    Sitting in a chair may sound very easy and comfortable, but sitting in an imaginary chair might be a little challenging one!! You need just a little bit of determination to stay longer in the chair pose.

  • Exercises the spin, hips and chest muscles

6.Naukasana

   Nauka=boat; asana=pose
    It has been named after the shape it takes-that of a boat.

 7.Bhujangasana

   Bhujang=snake(cobra); asana=pose
    It is a reclining back-bending and part of the sequence of yoga pose in padma sadhana and sun salutation.

8.Paschimottanasana

MORNING BEAUTY ADVISE


 Morning skin care routine for great skin, here are some 5 routine:
                                                 
                                              







1.Puffy eyes and dark circles: Preventing is the best solution. Some measures that can give some immediate relief and it will reduce these issues overtime.

Puffy Eyes:

                                           

   


  • Ice Packs: Apply ice cube or ice packs to effected area keep them for 10 minutes.
  • Cucumbers( Sliced one): Instead of ice-packs, refrigerated cucumbers are good idea keep them over the area for 10 minutes.

Dark Circles:

                             


             

  • Using Creams: Use a specialized cream, if it helps (Make sure to read the content of the ingredients, it may be harmful or irritating)
  • Eyeliners: Eyeliners and concealers this can be used effectively to dark circles or to make them appear less.

2 Manage Messy Hair: The hair-across different hair types seems to be tangles and its simple solution is gentle combing.

                               


  • Gently Removing Tangles: comb or brush hair, till you've removed tangles.
  • Tying Up Hair: Tie your hair up (or braid it) but don't allow to fall on your face, while getting ready.

Note: To keep your hair in good condition:

  • Oil regularly ( daily)

 Pimples ?! Here are few information about that:

                        It happens due to overproduction of oil and build-up of bacteria, areas of the skin which as largest number of functional oil glands like, face, neck, chest, shoulder are effected.

                                     




  As we all know we have different skin, for some it recover fast for some it takes time. Pimples cause not only for oily skin but other skin also, reasons may be different like allergy or hormone in balance, etc.

1.Wash your face properly: Wash your face twice a day, its important to remove dirt, oil and sweat. Don't wash your face with any harsh or chemical cleansers(before you use read the ingredient that contain in it ).  Use warm water ( not hot), while applying cleanser massage properly.


2.Know your skin type: If you know your skin type, It will help you to choose right product to your skin care.


3.Moisturize the skin: It will hydrate your skin, but see the content that contain in the moisture, if it contain oil, fragrance it may irritate your skin.

4.Stay hydrate: To keep your body hydrate drink proper water, at least drink 8 glasses of water each day.  

5.Limit makeup: Doing so it will or may clog pores and trigger outbreaks. Better go natural, if your makeup avoid heavy makeup or heavy foundations. Use product which contains fragrance-free or noncomedogenic.

6.Limit sun exposure: It may dry out the pimples, but it may cause to major problems. Frequently sun exposure dehydrates the skin, which may cause more oily and block pores. For both sun and pimples wear a noncomedogenic, oil-free sunscreen.


7. Popping pimples: It may cause bleeding, scarring or infection. It will increase clog pores and make pimple problem worse.
