1.Puffy eyes and dark circles: Preventing is the best solution. Some measures that can give some immediate relief and it will reduce these issues overtime.
Puffy Eyes:
- Ice Packs: Apply ice cube or ice packs to effected area keep them for 10 minutes.
- Cucumbers( Sliced one): Instead of ice-packs, refrigerated cucumbers are good idea keep them over the area for 10 minutes.
Dark Circles:
- Using Creams: Use a specialized cream, if it helps (Make sure to read the content of the ingredients, it may be harmful or irritating)
- Eyeliners: Eyeliners and concealers this can be used effectively to dark circles or to make them appear less.
2 Manage Messy Hair: The hair-across different hair types seems to be tangles and its simple solution is gentle combing.
- Gently Removing Tangles: comb or brush hair, till you've removed tangles.
- Tying Up Hair: Tie your hair up (or braid it) but don't allow to fall on your face, while getting ready.
Note: To keep your hair in good condition:
- Oil regularly ( daily)
- Keep your hair brush or comb clean
- Don't use hair spray product or heating regularly, even if they are safe. Use if its necessary.
Face Care Routine:
- Cleaning: Clean your face twice a day. Once in morning and once at evening (or after coming from outside) To get rid of the dirt from your face.
- Toner: After washing face use toner, to shrink pores and tighten up skin.
- Moisturizing: It keeps your skin hydrated and nourished. Before stepping out of the house apply sunscreen to protect yourself from harmful UV rays.
Note:
- Face wash: The mild one that suits your skin type.
- Toner: Non-astringent with no harmful chemicals.
- Moisturizer: One that suits your skin type.
- Sunscreen: For all seasons, even in winter.
Breakfast:
Don't skip your breakfast, carbohydrates=energy for the day and fruits/ vegetables/ glass of water. Smoother, younger skin.
Drinking Enough Water:
It is usually recommended to have one glass of water first thing in the morning. It causes lack of moisture in your skin can look older and drier over long period.
